Kenneth Locke I and Kenneth Locke II

Kenneth Locke 1 at 1010 Linden Way and Kenneth Locke II Linden Way are named for longtime Jefferson City resident Reverend Kenneth Locke.

These recently remodeled apartments have convenient galley kitchens with new appliances including microwave ovens and garbage disposals.  They feature large living rooms with ceiling fans. 

Residents are invited to participate in the adult activity program offered by the Authority.  For the resident's safety, the buildings are secured with access only for the tenants and their guests.  Each apartment is equipped with an emergency pull cord. Rent is based on 30% of the tenant's income and includes water, sewer, and trash service.

The application for Locke I and Locke II  is available on the Housing Applications Page. Print and complete the Public Housing and Section 8 Application.  The leasing office is open on Mondays and Tuesdays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.  For more information call manager Susie Case at 573-636-4555.

                                                 

Kenneth Locke Apartments are in a wooded country-like setting right in the heart of town.	Kenneth Locke Apartments	Tenants can work on projects in the Activity Room at Kenneth Locke	Games and puzzles are available in the Community Room.
Outside Locke Apartments.	Some Tenents like to garden.	Geese love the pond at Locke.	The community room has comfortable seating for groups of all sizes.
