Capital City ApartmentsThe Capital City Apartments at the corner of Elm and Dunklin Streets feature eat-in kitchens, each equipped with a refrigerator, electric stove, dishwasher and garbage disposal. These two and three bedroom units are designed for family occupancy, but do not allow pets. sewer and trash service are included with the rent which is $375 for two bedroom
