Dulle Tower and Hamilton Tower Dulle Tower at 10 Jackson Street and Hamilton Tower at 12 Jackson Street are just three blocks from Historic Downtown Jefferson City and just minutes away from churches, shopping and the Public Library. They are on the city bus line and serviced by the Handi-Wheels shuttle service. The Towers are designed exclusively for the use of Elderly and Handicapped residents. They feature one-bedroom apartments with spectacular views of the Missouri River. Dulle and Hamilton Towers have an onsite beauty salon and a multipurpose room. Residents are invited to participate in the adult activity program offered by the Authority. For the resident's safety, the buildings are secured with access only for the tenants and their guests. Each apartment is equipped with an emergency pull cord. Rent is based on 30% of the tenant's income and includes utilities.
