The Housing Authority offers 24 hour maintenance service to deal with emergencies such as frozen pipes, water leaks and furnace failure. Residents are required to pay for repairs resulting from tenant negligence or damage. The Maintenance Department will respond to non-emergency service calls within 24 hours.

ANY REPAIR REQUESTS DURING BUSINESS HOURS OF  8:00 AM TO 4:30 PM WEEKDAYS SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO THE HOUSING AUTHORITY MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT AT 573-635-3232.

EMERGENCY ANSWERING SERVICE NUMBER 1-877-599-3627.  Ask for Pager 1318.
