Did you know that you can now pay your rent, and pet deposits or make any other payments through our website? 

The "Pay" button is found on the main page of the JCHA website at the top of the page on the right-hand side marked "pay rent or other payments here"

To make a payment, you must have your rental account number. This is a number that you will find on documents like the Lease, receipts for rental payments, utility checks, computer-generated documents like late notices, and the top of the Family Report (HUD form 50058 or 50059).

The number looks like this: 090-0001-01

1. The First 3 numbers are the property number you live in “000- “which must have 3 digits.
2. The Second 4 numbers are the unit number “-0000- “which must have 4 digits.  (For some units, this can be your apartment number)
3. The Third 2 numbers are the tenant number “-00” which must have 2 digits.
