Here at JCHA we are working to keep our residents and staff safe. We are trying to stay current with latest news and safety precautions in this ever changing situation. Let's work together to help keep each other safe.

In an effort to prevent the spread of COVID-19, we have started accepting "change of income notifications" by phone. Click here for more details.

Also, due to COVID-19, we may have to limit face to face interactions, Please call before you come, and check your mail in case we have sent you items needing a signature.

We are encouraging our Residents and Staff to wash hands often.

Our office is locked but we are still doing business. Please ring door bell or call if you need let in.

Rent can be paid in the drop box at the lower level at 1040 Myrtle. Place check or money order in the envelope marked with your name, address and amount included and drop in box.

Utility Checks  are scheduled to be mailed the first business day of each month. 

DO YOU OWE past due rent or utility payments?  Tenants may be eligible for rental assistance or utility payments from the state.  Payment is made directly to the landlord or the utility company.  If you are  low income and your income has been reduced due to COVID-19 you may be eligible for assistance. See State Assistance for Housing Relief | Program Overview | MO Housing Resources for information and application.  Tenants may need information from the  landlord for rental assistance.
